My Own Recipe - Pasta Cheese

assalamualaikum..

Hi ! =) if u noticed, my posts lately were just about food and cooking kan? huhu dunno la why me nowadays very2 rajin to cook..actually, i love cooking..its just that sometimes i feel malas larr..bila ntah nk rajin... =P but this afternoon, i went for some shopping with my housemate (yeah i havva very cute single mingle housemate..hehehe) at AEON Bandaraya Melaka..we went to groceries and there i got some ideas bout what to cook for our dinner sbb perut pun dah laparrr.. so, for today i wanna share with u guys my own recipe (actually main belasah jerr) "Pasta Cheese"..

As usual, i'll show u the ingredients first (not to forget some cili api and the pasta  itself)..because a picture is worth than thousands words ryte..

i use thyme (actually got this idea from Dr. Halina's blog)..and hope it will be tastier..hehe..for those who not very familiar with thyme, maybe this will help..

This popular herb grows in Europe, especially the Mediterranean, and is a member of the mint family. Very aromatic, it has small, grey-green leaves, and a sweetly earthy flavour. There are many different varieties, but the most readily available in the UK are the common or 'garden' thyme, and lemon thyme, which has slightly larger leaves and a flavour that is overlaid with a lemony tang. Both types work well with Mediterranean vegetables, eggs, lamb, fish and game. It's quite hardy, so can withstand long cooking times.

First step, i fry the minced beef and fishcakes until it slightly cooked. then, i put the onions and garlic + chilies (tumbuk dulu larr)..

Next, i put some tomato puree + the instant Spaghetti Bolognise spices..sprinkle some thyme leaves ..thyme will make it have a really 'western smell'..hehe

some mix vege plus some cherry tomatoes as to make it healthier and well-balanced (kononnyer laa..)

Cheese..(this is my favorite part..)

last but not least...the pasta laa kan.

oh, don't forget to put salt and sugar secukup rasa ok...tadaaa...this is how it looks in my dinner plate..hehe looks yummy ryte..

that's all for now..

p/s : i wish to cook this tomorrow for my "fruitheart" for he is coming here to see me (for seminar to be exact)..i hope he'll love it..and will love me more!! hehehe =P

Thank you for reading..
till then,
XOXO

Me likes: Premium Gold Cream Caramel Desserts

Assalamualaikum.. ^_^

Throughout my Amway business journey at my work place, this one is the most famous..almost all my colleagues like to buy it. They said that it is sooo easy to make yet sooo delicious. Me like it too. ~(^_^) So, for today i would like to share with u people, steps to prepare it. Actually the instructions are oredy at the back side of the box..eheheh..

but aper2 pun, enjoy reading !

First of all, u need a packet of Premium Gold Cream Caramel Custard Mix(A box contains 2 packets), a tin of 400 ml creamer (any brands u like..i used F&N), and 600 ml plain water. Simple ryte?? no need any eggs..

Next, u just pour the creamer into a pot..(jgn nyalakan api lagi ok..)

followed by 600 ml plain water..

Then a packet of the custard mix..

After that baru la u can turn on the stove..tp guna api kecil sahaja..along the process, u need to stir the mixture slowly until it boils..just to avoid it from become berketul-ketul..

At the moment, u can prepare the containers u like..a packet of this cream caramel can filled up into containers as much as these..

After the caramel has turned into a bit darker yellowish colour like this, u can tutup api..

Next, pour the mixture into the container..there are variety ways to make..u can pour a little bit of the gula first, baru letak the mixture..or letak the mixture dulu then baru letak gula..or u wait until the mixture beku, baru letak gula..its up to u people..

And this is what I've done..

U can just let them beku outside, or can put it into your fridge..(more delicious kot if letak dlm fridge..)

I just put there inside my fridge..and wait until it cold. So, anytime i want it, i just take it..and the result...tadaaa

Yummy2..! So u guys should try this..soooooo simple and easy..yet sooooo yummeh..your children will love it! (and so are you) heheh..The price?? not expensive..not expensive..can contact me if u are interested. So I think I should stop here..

Thank you for reading..
Until then,
XOXO

My Own Recipe

Assalamualaikum..

Today, back from work at about 6.00 pm, i was soooo starving..never feel like this before.. (err..yeke eh??) huhu..so i went to the kitchen and start searching anything to eat (or cook)..suddenly i found a pack of macaroni yg dah guna..ada lagi sikit..and i've got an idea!! Ting*! heheh..feel like to eat some spicy food today..

so i rendam the macaroni sekejap while i performed my Asar prayer..after that, i prepared the rencah2..like usual la..same like if u want to make nasi goreng..there were some red onion, garlic and some cili api..i added some fish ball and a little bit of cube ayam (actually half the cube..) i just tumbuk2 the bawangs and the chillies..then tumis for a while..i added an egg into the rencah..oh, not to forget, i tambahkan hot water into my rendaman macaroni so that it will softer. and after a while when the tumisan in the frying pan dah masak sikit, i poured the macaroni.

looks like ada yg tak kena kan?? hahah..

After i thought it was cooked, i just take it out from the pan and served it for myself..then i tried to chew..hahah!! the macaroni seems not perfectly cooked...*dang* bajet pandai masak..coz the taste was good enough..((maybe a little bit 'over' spicy))..heheh..so take a look again at the yellowish macaroni. hmm i think its because i've been so long x masak kot.. >alasan<....

Then, i cooked it again..i just put them back into the pan, add some water to boil the macaroni, and cover the pan for a while..

After i thought it may have perfectly cooked, i served again.. and......

Walla..!! hehe so this is my "very delicious" dinner for today..so u guys shud try it. Just don't repeat the same mistake larr kan..but i think people out there are better cooker than me..i kan budak baru belajar..just sharing my experience today..hope u enjoyed. ^_^ so i have to stop here..

Thank you for reading..
Until then,
XOXO

Being a better Muslimah

Assalamualaikum people..

Do you know what the greatest freedom is? That is when you do not allow anyone to invade your insides against your will. One may dominate your body, but your soul remains free, and your thought is still rebellious to be subjugated EXCEPT TO GOD.. <Salamn bin Fahd al-O'da>

Each day, i try to be a good (better) person..a better Muslimah to be exact. But it is not as easy as it is..There are lots of things i need to improve myself. But i'm still trying my best though i knew i'm not perfect in many ways. i'm still learning..and i just do whatever i think it is good for me. ignoring what people may think of me.

Here are some very great reminder for me and you. I just wanna share what's good for everyone..i hope this one will give us some benefits in dunia and akhirat..in sha Allah. Continue reading people..

How to Become a Better Muslimah
If you are a Muslimah who feels that she has been lacking in her religious duties, it is not too late to turn that around, regardless of your age or what you have done. Here are some things you can do to become a better Muslimah:

1. Discover what are the influences causing you to turn your back on your religion come.
Maybe you can trace back the cause to either family situations or friends that are leading you in the wrong path. Leave the friends. They will not be there on judgment day when you have to face Allah on your own. If it is because of family, it is a little more difficult. This is where the next steps will come in handy.

2. Wear hijab.
If you are truly devoted to turning over a new leaf and becoming the best Muslimah that you can be, you must wear the hijab. The hijab is not just a piece of cloth that covers hair, it changes you mentally and spiritually. Think of it as a way for Allah to protect the women. As soon as you wear the hijab, hopefully, your whole perspective on self-respect and values will automatically change. Consider the additional benefits of the face veil (niqaab).

3. Pray five times a day
Before you get on the prayer rug, learn what the prayer words mean to enhance your contemplation within prayer. If you do not speak Arabic, try to find some translated versions of the prayer and take some time to read and understand what the words mean. Start making prayer a normal part of your day, the way eating is needed to us, our spiritual food is prayers.

4. Read the Quran
Again, you can read it in English if you are not fluent in Arabic. Reading the Quran will help establish a useful relationship with Allah and will also allow you to understand how beautiful the religion is. Listening to it (you can find videos online) also makes you feel closer to Allah.

5. Learn more about Islam
Know what you have to do (which is called ‘wajib’ things) and what you can’t do (haram things). The Internet is a valuable source to search for Islamic rules and regulations and the punishments that apply if they are broken. The punishments may sometimes seem severe, but they are there to protect society and guide the believers to follow the way of Allah (SWT).

6. Try to allocate a minimum amount of time each day to Islamic activities.
For example four hours split between salah, Quran and Islamic studies will enable you to build up your relationship with Allah swt and make good progress with acquiring knowledge. Remember that the 5 fard (obligatory) salah are your top priority and you should form the framework of your daily routine around these.

7. Dress modestly.
This does not mean that you have to look ugly or not stylish. Just be modest. Wear longer shirts and avoid tank tops and shorts. Stay away from clothes that are too tight. Remember that it is obligatory to cover the whole body except the face and hands, which are recommended but not obligatory. This also helps you to change your whole outlook on what is acceptable and what is not.

8. Hang out with good friends.
Going with the theme you may want to make friends who share your mission of being a good Muslim. If you are lucky enough, you might spot a Muslimah your age. Be sure to make friends with a “practicing” Muslimah if you find one. You can tell her how you are trying to be a better Muslim, and she might be able to help!

9. Avoid negative influences.
Including old friends (as hard as it may be, the reward is well worth it) who may have had a bad influence or who bring out the negative characteristics in you. We all have the Shaitan (devil) in us, but it is our responsibility as Muslims to fight these temptations and urges by increasing our faith and spirituality.

10. Forgive yourself for any sins you may have committed.
You need to let go of past mistakes and work on improving the future. Whatever has happened is done. It is in the past and there is nothing you can do to change it or better it. The only thing you can do is forgive yourself or use those negative experiences as motivation to get better and do good.

11. Notice where your weaknesses are and avoid them.
This is not to say that you should run every time a guy comes near, but learn to lower the gaze and remember that Allah (SWT) is severe in punishment. They are not people that you need in your life anyway.

12. Take it day by day.
If you make it a priority in your mind that you want to strive to be the best Muslim girl possible, you will achieve this goal without even realizing it! Every time you are about to do something, think: “Is this something good or religious?” If it isn’t, don’t do it! Simply remind yourself and be ready to stop yourself, just in case. Every single moment of every day must be devoted to providing pleasure for Allah (SWT).

Wherever we are, we must refer back to Quran..Together we can do it. In Sha Allah.

Thank you for reading.
